Custom Assets
All Clothing assets used on The Avatar Are made by Me from Scratch using Blender And Substance Painter.

Experimental Zip Feature
Toggle it on in your menu to allow for you to grab and pull the zip.
This feature crosses over a bone so can cause some issues with the zips position while moving.
If The Zip is stuck down simple reactive the zipper and it will reset to the resting position.
Other Players Can interact with the zip and pull it up or down while activated.
Particle Body System
This A simple but fun tool for dancing or just messing around with your friends.
Freeze Pose Allows you to leave characters posed in the world in your current Pose. Freeze Kill will Eliminate the Posed Bodys on command with a falling particle effect!
This System is By Robocap
And Available for Purchase from their Shop!
Optimized Versions
Phelia comes complete with 2 Optimized Versions!
One with the mask on and One Without
She includes Customization with almost all the Texture Swaps And Hue Shifts from the full version.
However she doesn't allow you to remove the Clothing apart from the Whip.
Upload Instructions
THIS AVATAR WAS MADE IN UNITY 2022
Step 1:
Open a New Unity Project Using VRC Creator Companion
Step 2:
Import Poi_Toon_7.3.50_To_8.1.167
Import Phelia PC
(Drag And Drop Unity Packages File into the Assets Bar at the Bottom Of the Screen)
Step 3:
Double click the Open Me Unity Scene (White Box)
Step 4:
Click VRChat SDK (Top Left) and Open The Control Panel
( Login with VRChat Account)
Step 5:
Ensure That the Blue Print ID is Clear
(Select Avatar by click on it, Then Look for The Pipeline Manager on The Right Side Of the Screen
And Make Sure It looks Like This, If not Click Detach & Delete The Text in the Box )
Step 6:
Click VRChat SDK (Top Left) and Open The Control Panel
Select The Avatar You want To Upload Using the Drop Down List.
Add a Name and Description And Add The Phelia Thumbnail
Click Build & Publish
Quest Connection Instructions
Step 1:
Open a New Unity Project Using VRC Creator Companion
Step 2:
Import Poi_Toon_7.3.50_To_8.1.167
Import Phelia Quest
(Drag And Drop Unity Packages File into the Assets Bar at the Bottom Of the Screen)
Step 3:
Double click the Open Me Unity Scene (White box)
Click VRChat SDK (Top Left) and Open The Control Panel
( Login with VRChat Account)
Change Build Target to Andriod
Step 4:
Using the Content Manager
Copy the Blue Print ID from the PC version of the Avatar
Step 5:
Paste the ID in the Pipeline Manager and Click Attach
Click Attach
Step 6:
Click VRChat SDK (Top Left) and Open The Control Panel
Select The Avatar You want To Upload Using the Drop Down List.
Click Build & Publish
